See All ReviewsI’m so glad Wolfgang puck have got into airport food. Extremely friendly and proficient service from Samora. I enjoyed the pineapple mojito and the shrimp on the salad. Comfy range of seating and reasonable menu choice (though less than their bali airport outlet)
10 stars for my server Jenn, her suggestion was fantastic. I highly recommend the ravioli with Alfredo sauce and shrimp; it was my best meal at Dallas Airport. It makes you feel like you're in a 5-star hotel. It's totally worth it. And the Malbec wine from Argentina is simply spectacular. Thank you!
The manager was beyond disrespectful and insolent towards me . Refused to return my money for a salad I ordered that did not meet my expectations and I didn’t want it. Instead I wanted a different salad option. He very rudely stated “I’m the GM and I’m not exchanging that salad. It’s fine. I very politely told him it doesn’t look at all appetizing to me. And I don’t want it. I would like something different. He refused an told me to give it to someone else but he’s not exchanging it but would charge me for another salad. I said Sir I don’t want this salad it doesn’t look appealing or appetizing to me. Needless to say, I left the salad and he looked at me and said oh well and I left the store without my money being returned. It’s so said custom service has come to this attitude and treatment.
